At South Park Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
